Bill Hery

President

Bill has been working in the printing industry for four decades. With a background in both printing production and sales, Bill understands every aspect of printing—from quoting to pre-press to bindery and mail house.

In 1991, Bill recognized that not all clients live and breathe printing. What they really needed was a “one-stop shop” that could deliver the highest quality and value for every printing project, regardless of its size, complexity or budget. He founded Direct Printing & Graphics to fulfill this need.

Today, DP&G serves clients throughout North America. Clients benefit from Bill’s years of experience and proven talent in matching each job with the ideal vendor and manufacturer. Bill personally oversees projects to ensure clients get exactly what they want, when they need it at the price they can afford.

Lindsey Hery

Vice-President Sales

Lindsey joined the DP&G team in April 2016. After eight years in sales in the international education industry, Lindsey gained experience working with clients to help accomplish their goals. While visiting universities around the country, Lindsey was often behind the table, attracting people to her booth with promotional products and attractive print materials.

With this background, Lindsey aims to help her customers find exactly what they need, whether it be a promotional postcard, a pen, or a unique item that will make them stand out. From ideation to project management, Lindsey is always thinking one step ahead to get the job done.

Lindsey is proud to lead her family business into the next generation. When she isn’t helping her many DP&G clients you will find her supporting her community. Lindsey is involved in the Seacoast New Hampshire community and is a proud member of the Portsmouth Rotary Club.

Louise Sartori

Director Business Development

Louise has been with Direct Printing & Graphics since 1992. As Director of Customer Support and Corporate Administration, she serves customers by providing product information, support, order implementation and administrative services. Louise ensures customer orders and service issues are resolved in a timely and cost effective manner.

With years of experience in the print and promotions industry, Louise leads customers through the production process with care. Her customer service philosophy is to provide proper expectation on the production process and ensure successful delivery.

In her down time she enjoys yoga, reading, and leisurely days on the beach.
